This qualification is targeted at people who have a relevant trade qualification or equivalent technical knowledge, skills and experience in a construction related trade and wish to gain the additional knowledge and skills required to supervise construction related teams and work programmes.
Domestic applicants with English as a Second language must be proficient in the English language.
Must be employed in the residential construction industry in New Zealand in a supervisory role or as a tradesperson with a level of opportunity for supervision.
