Other log on information

Sometimes when you update windows the ‘Remote Desktop Active X Control’ is disabled. Click here for instructions to enable this control.

If you are trying to log on from the public library, an internet cafe, or someone else's computer - please

Check with the librarian, staff member, or person who owns the computer that the computer meets the above requirements AND that they are happy for you to accept/change the ActiveX settings.

Download log on software

If you have followed the above instructions and are still unable to log on, please download the software below.
Click on any of the instructions with a line underneath to see a picture.

  1. winzip Click the winzip icon (on the left) to open the file download link, then click open
  2. Click in the e-learning zip folder and double click the e-learning.exe file. 
    If you get an unknown publisher message - click run
  3. Where is says 'computer name' type in www.ghtraining.co.nz and click connect
  4. You will need to enter your user name and password to log in
You can either download and run the programme each time you want to log in or you can save the .exe file onto your desktop and run the programme from there.
